About Our Services

Metamorphosis Nutrition & Wellness Coaching, LLC offers personalized one-on-one nutrition coaching where you will be introduced to macro and micronutrient-based meal plans tailored to your current and changing body composition.  As we take this journey together, we will transform your nutritional tendencies.

Our approach is simple - REAL FOOD!  You see, real food is what our bodies were intended to receive to provide for our nutritional needs and vastly reduce our likelihood of acquiring Diabetes, Heart Disease, risk of Stroke and so many more life debilitating diseases and disorders.  We will never sell to you or encourage your use of supplements and other "get thin quick" remedies because they do not work long-term, have very little to no evidence-based practice behind them and introduce adverse effects that can be irreversible.

As part of your plan, you will receive categorized grocery lists calculated by weight and quantity and which take in to account your current macro and micronutrient needs, which can change weekly.  Additionally, you will receive two months of meal plans covering breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.  These meal plans will guide you in preparing very flavorful and appealing meals that we must say, are restaurant-worthy.

Routine physical activity is essential to healthy living but risks exist that include the possibility of injury.  If done safely, however, the benefits far outweigh the risks. 

​

In just minutes and with simple and small movements, you can acquire not just the habit of daily physical activity, but the craving for it!  There are so many benefits to this simple act.  In times past, taking a magic pill or drink was the way our world used to be.  However, we see a movement out there, post-COVID-19, that has people exploring new hobbies, enjoying nature and enjoying togetherness.

Here are a few benefits of a simple exercise regimen:

  • Physical activity enhances our physical attributes

  • Physical activity promotes enhanced motor skills and cognitive development and retention

  • After physical activity, we are filled with a sense of accomplishment, self-discipline, self-esteem and self-confidence

  • Bonding with loved ones, old acquaintances and forging new friendships improve with physical activity because our energy levels are higher.  To the contrary, social isolation is directly linked to negative effects on our emotional and physiological state

  • Physical activity reduces stress, anxiety and depression through the release of endorphins, endocannabinoids and dopamine which give us that "I feel good" sensation.  Stress, anxiety and depression is directly linked to the causation of many negative effects on our bodies, such as diseases and disorders

  • As we age, our risk of injury increases with weak or brittle bones and injured joints and ligaments.  With daily physical activity we can increase our bone density while strengthening our joints and ligaments

  • Daily exercise improves our balance, also decreasing our risk of falling, helping us all to maintain our independence

  • Here is a favorite - physical activity promotes better and deeper sleep with less waking up 

  • Another favorite - physical activity improves our libido!  

  • Physical activity therapeutically connects our mind and body referred to as a psychosomatic effect (literally meaning mind over body), thereby promoting mindfulness, an awareness of where you are in any present moment
